Marcela is originally from Brazil but had been living in the US for the last 13 years. She is a former college and professional volleyball player with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Physical Education K-12 from the University of South Florida. Ever since she retired from the volleyball courts, she has found a new passion: to help others achieve their fullest potential through fitness and nutrition.<\/p>\n
Marcela is a ISSA (International Sports Science Association) Certified Fitness trainer and an ISSA Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She has been working with clients from the most diverse backgrounds, with different goals and needs for the last 3 and a half years. She also worked as a group fitness instructor at an all-women\u2019s gym where she learned so much about the uniqueness of the bodies and how to help women maximize their efforts in the gym. Her goal is to educate her clients so that they can have long term results and make knowledgeable and conscious decisions about exercise and nutrition.<\/p>\n
Marcela also wants to assist her clients in the journey of learning about their own bodies, how to get the most out of it and maximize its potential and feel amazing in the process!<\/p>\n
She believes that in order to truly make a life changing decision, a person needs to first change his\/her mindset. So her moto is simple: You can do ANYTHING you want! All you have got to do is put your mind into it, and she will be there to help you!<\/p>\n
