Dexter and Alessandrina are personal development coaches, life coaches, healers, and mindfulness experts with over 20 years of combined experience in the wellness & mindfulness industry. They help people from all walks of life heal, grow, and accelerate towards their goals through a conscious approach to self-healing, belief transformation, and personal empowerment.<\/p>\n
They offer life coaching sessions over the phone and energy healing sessions in person. They also offer a weekly group coaching program, online workshops, training in life coaching, energy healing, and meditation, and they speak at public events. For example, they have a unique 9-week Consciousness Course aimed at helping people become unstuck, enhance all aspects of their lives and relationships, and achieve their soul\u2019s intentions and life goals.<\/p>\n
They have also authored 2 books, “Meditation Made Simple” and “A Conscious Approach to Unconditional Love and Relationship Success,” and are working on a third book, “Pointing to the Truth.” They have created a website with over 450 free guided meditations and mindfulness practices, each one designed for a specific purpose and benefit.<\/p>\n
Dexter and Alessandrina met in South Beach and share their passion for helping people love their lives, heal, and live to their full potential. Alessandrina grew up in Paris and got an MBA at Paris IX Dauphine University. She worked in international finance for Citicorp, Visa International, and American Express until she retired to pursue Mindfulness, Life Coaching, and Healing. Dexter grew up in the Amazon and Miami. He studied business at UNC Chapel Hill and worked for Oracle and startups in the Behavioral Health space. He\u2019s now a full time life coach, healer, and public speaker.<\/p>\n
